For 5 years since 2013 i've been using this website for my car mods and everything was always prompt and reliable. Then they start using an automated ordering system. All my past order history was wiped and it doesn't even update if i make new purchases.
Ordered 4 items that amounts to U$309, paid another U$138 for international shipping on 11th March, 2021. Everything was in stock during purchase. My credit card was billed. It's 19th March and I haven't gotten a tracking number. Can't even check order status from account page because that never updates anymore. Emailed support and still waiting for a reply after 3 days. All in all I paid U$447 for a order receipt number... /golfclap
